| Why do you charge for an Initial Consultation? |

| Our design consultants are specialists with home additions & home extensions and provide a valuable service. They will give you the benefit of many years of experience and association with the Construction industry. Further, our initial call out fee is highly competitive when compared with similar fees charged by other architects and designers, who may not have comparative exeprience on large home renovation projects.

| Do you provide an estimate of total design & drafting cost? |

| Yes. Once our Design Consultant has had an initial consultation with you we will supply a formal price Quotation to create the design and detailed plans. Please note that we do not provide cost estimates without an Initial Consultation.

| Do you provide an estimate of expected construction cost? |
|
|
Yes. At the Initial Consultation our Design Consultant will give you a good feel for the expected cost to build your home additions project. We maintain a close link with Home Additions builder, Cape Cod Australia so that we can keep up to date with current costs of construction.
